2. Fill in the online intake form as soon as possible - essential to make the appointments affordable

3. Your appointment - Lets get the full picture and what are your goals?

4.Health care plan post appointment - lead with food as medicine. Herbs second. Supplements only where there is a clear clinical gap.

5. When stressed and exhausted its hard to focus - 3 priority daily changes to focus on (not everything at once)

Functional testing and supplements may be recommended if needed, but they’re always discussed first and are not included in the consultation fee.
